- Preferred travel dates, group size, destinations, interests, pickup details, and itinerary preferences.

How the website inquiry form works
The public inquiry form currently prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. The website does not currently send that form to our lead database or email-notification service. Your message is sent only if you continue in WhatsApp, where WhatsApp and Meta process the communication under their own terms and privacy notices.
Please do not include passport numbers, payment-card details, or sensitive medical information in a website form or initial WhatsApp message.
Technical and consent information
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referrer, timestamps, and security events. We use a first-party consent cookie to remember your privacy choices.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure website use and cookieless Vercel Analytics measures aggregate page visits. We do not use Meta Pixel or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share analytics information with data brokers. Google Translate is loaded only when you open the language control or request a translation. These tools do not receive inquiry-form contents from us.

Service providers and travel partners
Information may be processed by the following parties only where relevant to the service you use:
- WhatsApp and Meta when you choose to communicate through WhatsApp.
- Vercel for website hosting and, where consented, website analytics.
- Google when you allow Google Analytics, open the language control, or request Google Translate.
- Hotels, drivers, guides, attractions, transport providers, or other tour suppliers when sharing is necessary to arrange services you request.
- Professional advisers, payment providers, or public authorities where required for a confirmed transaction or legal obligation. No website payment processor is currently active.
International processing
The operator is a United States company and tour services are delivered in Morocco. Communications and booking information may therefore be processed in the United States, Morocco, and countries where our service providers operate. Safeguards and rights may vary by location.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose. Unconverted inquiries are reviewed and removed when no longer useful; booking and customer records are kept for service, dispute, and safety needs; accounting records are kept for applicable recordkeeping periods; consent and marketing records are kept while relevant; and security logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to investigating abuse. A specific legal or dispute hold may require longer retention.
