Website content is general information and an invitation to inquire. Sending a form, email, or WhatsApp message does not create a booking, reserve availability, or obligate either party. A booking exists only after we issue written confirmation and any agreed booking requirements have been satisfied.
Prices, currency, and payment
No live website checkout is currently offered. Prices, currency, inclusions, payment schedule, and any deposit are stated in the written quotation or confirmation for the requested service. Displayed or indicative prices may change before written confirmation because availability, supplier rates, taxes, exchange rates, or the requested itinerary may change.
Traveler information and documents
Customers must provide accurate names, contact information, group details, and other information reasonably needed for the service. Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry rules, vaccinations, and other official requirements. Information on this website is not immigration, medical, or legal advice.
Insurance, health, and accessibility
Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended. Before confirmation, tell us about mobility needs, allergies, dietary needs, or other requirements that may materially affect the requested services. Pickup, timing, and customer-requested changes
Travelers must follow confirmed meeting instructions and be ready at the agreed time. Delays may reduce the itinerary or cause a missed third-party service. Requested date, pickup, traveler, or itinerary changes are subject to availability, supplier conditions, and any cost difference disclosed before acceptance.
Operational changes and events beyond control
Weather, traffic, road conditions, official closures, safety concerns, religious observances, public events, transport disruption, supplier failure, or other events outside reasonable control may require a timing change, substitute visit, alternative route, rescheduling, or cancellation. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate and offer a practical alternative where possible, but exact access and timing cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party suppliers
Hotels, drivers, guides, restaurants, attractions, ticket issuers, and transport operators may provide parts of a trip under their own operating rules. We select and coordinate suppliers with reasonable care but do not control every act, omission, closure, or condition of an independent supplier. Any mandatory supplier term disclosed before confirmation forms part of the booking.
Conduct and safety
Travelers must follow lawful instructions, respect local communities and sites, and avoid conduct that threatens safety or materially disrupts the service. We may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
