A website form, WhatsApp message, email, or verbal discussion is an inquiry only. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation identifying the service, date, travelers, price, currency, inclusions, and any agreed payment requirements.
Payment terms
The website has no live payment integration. Any deposit, balance deadline, accepted method, or currency will be stated in the individual written quotation or confirmation. Do not send payment-card details through the public form, email, or WhatsApp.
Customer-requested changes
Requests to change a date, group size, pickup point, or itinerary are subject to availability. We will disclose any supplier restriction or price difference before confirming the change.
Cancellation by the customer
The applicable cancellation schedule, if any, must be supplied and accepted in writing for the specific booking. No universal free-cancellation deadline or refund percentage is promised on this website. Contact us as soon as possible because supplier charges may increase closer to the service date.
Third-party reservations
Special-entry tickets, hotels, transport, attractions, and other third-party reservations may be non-refundable or subject to supplier rules. Any known material restriction will be disclosed before the relevant reservation is confirmed where reasonably possible.
Operational disruption and force majeure
Weather, official closures, transport disruption, safety concerns, religious observances, public events, and other events outside reasonable control may require rescheduling, a substitute service, or an alternative itinerary. The available remedy depends on recovered supplier funds, applicable law, and the circumstances of the confirmed booking.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time and any provider or supplier constraint depend on the method used and will be communicated. No payment-processing-fee rule is published until it is approved for the booking workflow.
How to request a change or cancellation
