The Portuguese Cistern is a must-visit — its acoustics and atmosphere are unforgettable. The fortified medina is compact and walkable in 2-3 hours. Combine your visit with a seafood lunch at one of the portside restaurants. El Jadida is 1.5 hours from Casablanca and makes an excellent day trip.
