Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
These Terms apply to all: website visitors, clients making bookings, and all services provided by Typically Morocco Tours.
“Client” or “you” refers to the person using the website or making a booking.
“We”, “our”, or “the company” refers to Typically Morocco Tours.
To confirm a booking: a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the tour start date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
(Based on industry practices from Moroccan tour operators such as Pure Morocco Tours and Morocco Adventure Holidays.)
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation policy:
More than 60 days before departure: only deposit is retained.
Between 30 – 60 days: 50% of the total cost is charged.
Less than 30 days: no refund is available.
Specific terms may vary depending on circumstances and will be communicated in advance.
Clients may request changes (dates, group size, additional services) provided availability exists and the request is made at least 30 days before the tour.
Administrative fees and additional costs may apply.
Modifications requested within less than 30 days may not be possible and are subject to the cancellation policy.
Clients are responsible for obtaining and presenting all required documents (valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity, visas if applicable, travel insurance, etc.).
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended, covering: medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of luggage (especially for adventure tours).
The company is not liable for delays or failure to provide documents or payments.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
The company reserves the right to refuse participation if it determines that a client is medically or mentally unfit to complete the tour, without guarantee of refund.
Clients are expected to respect local laws, follow guides’ instructions, and remain with the group.
Complaints should be raised immediately during the trip so they can be resolved promptly.
In cases of disruptive or dangerous behavior, the company reserves the right to terminate participation without refund.
The company may modify or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies, etc.).
In such cases, clients will be refunded the full amount paid, but the company accepts no further liability.
All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is protected and may not be reused, copied, or redistributed without explicit permission from Typically Morocco Tours.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms when necessary.
Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent Moroccan courts.
