Our special half-day guided tour will begin with a visit of the lush botanical Majorelle Gardens, which are privately owned by Yves St. Laurent fondation. Here we stop for a stroll. Afterwards we drive to the old medina of Marrakech and begin with a walk through one of the most interesting quarters of Marrakech. Here we'll stroll along labyrinthine alleyways, catching glimpses of mosques, hammams, traditional public bakeries, fondouks (old lodging houses used by the caravans). We will visit the principle attractions, beginning with the 14th century Ben Youssef Medrassa which used to be a koranic school and is noted for its extraordinary latticework interior decor and the nearby 19th century Menebhi palace, owned by a Moroccan vizier and built in the pure Moroccan urban style of architecture of the period. We continue on foot through the colorful souks which are organized according to goods sold and where craftsmen can be seen practicing their traditional handwork. After a stroll through this maze of narrow streets, we emerge onto the famous Jemaa el Fna Square, where throughout the ages local people and African caravans have gathered for entertainment, celebrations, gossip and business.
After lunch, enjoy a 2 hours quad biking or 1 hour Camel ride around the palm grove of Marrakech, including a stop at a local home for tea. It is a fabulous way to see the countryside.

EXCELLENT Based on 43 reviews Carl H2025-07-10Verified Abel took us to museums, churches, synagogues and the Hassan II mosque, the Old City and some outlying areas. Abel is a great guide, very knowledgeable of both Islamic and Hebraic history in the area. He took us to numerous locations in Casablanca and other coastal towns for a variety of experiences. Zoheb K2025-07-08Verified Great Very nice city tour stopping at the Hassan mosque, Habbous district, Corniche, the largest Catholic church, place Mohammed V and lighthouse over three hours, by car and walking, with breakfast in Habbous. Nice way to orient yourself to the city if you are new. A bit pricey but worth it; can customize time/locations with the guide. Sally K2025-06-29Verified Tour of Casablanca and Rabat Abdell was a wonderful host and tour guide. We only had 1 day in port in Casablanca and had decided to go to Rabat. Abdell made sure we saw a couple of ‘must sees’ in Casablanca before heading out to Rabat. We saw the highlights as well as learning the history of the area. I would highly recommend him as your guide when in Morocco…. judy k2025-05-29Verified One of the most knowledgeable guides We were lucky enough to have had Abdel on our Jewish Heritage Tour in Casablanca. He was able to navigate us carefully through the Old Jewish Quarter safely. His knowledge was unbelievable ( thought , could he be Jewish because he knew Hebrew). Learned so many facts that we never would have known. Abdel was the perfect guide!! Abdo D2025-05-07Verified Amazing walking day tour! The walking tour of Casablanca with Abdul-Latif was nothing short of extraordinary. His expertise and passion for the city was evident from the moment the tour began. Abdul-Latif shared an in-depth history of Casablanca, weaving together stories of its architectural gems, cultural milestones, and vibrant neighborhoods. His ability to bring the city's past to life was remarkable, making every stop along the way feel like a step back in time. From bustling markets to serene mosques, the tour offered a beautifully balanced glimpse into Casablanca's rich heritage.Abdul-Latif was warm, enthusiastic, and a walking encyclopedia of knowledge which made the tour engaging and unforgettable. By the end, felt a deep connection to Casablanca and gained a new appreciation for its charm. Thank you Abdul-Latif, much appreciated! Юля Г2025-05-06Verified Guided tour of Casablanca Abdul - 2.5 hours in one breath A wonderful guided tour by Abdul: professional (Abdul with a historical university degree, scientific papers on the subject of the history of Casablanca), fascinating, humorous, very capacious. The tour, which lasted more than 2.5 hours, flew under the radar! Shafeeq R2025-04-20Verified Casablanca Private Tour April 2025 Abdel was a very good tour guide. He got us through the queues at Hasan II Mosque very quickly and provided good insights into the history of Casablanca as we toured the city. We toured around in a comfortable minivan, and even though we had a short amount of time in Casablanca (roughly 7 hours) as we were doing a day trip from Marrakech, we managed to cover a lot of the sites. I highly recommend Abdel as a tour guide. Seabalm22025-04-18Verified The Way to Tour Casablanca Abdell was an excellent guide for our city tour of Casablanca. He has a vast knowledge of the city and its history, architecture, religion, and culture, and took us to many of its most significant and historic sites. He also not only had excellent English language skills, but could engage in complex geopolitical discussions as well. And English was only one of his many languages. Hebrew is a specialty of his, for example, and we imagine he would be an excellent guide for Hebrew-speaking visitors to Casablanca, as he knows well the city’s current and historical Jewish sites.A day touring Casablanca with Abdell is a day well-spent. Explorer7704122025-03-30Verified Great experience and great tour We were so lucky to have abdellatif as our guide explained every details about the Hassan 2 Mosque and surroundings.
